Context & Background
Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
This Incubation Program is a program designed and managed by BERYTECH under the DAWERR Activity, a 5-year Activity funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) with the goal to establish sustainable and replicable integrated solid waste diversion and valorization solutions in rural areas of Lebanon.
Under DAWERR program, BERYTECH will provide business and technical assistance and other needs to support 3 incubated startup teams
Scope of work
The DAWERR Incubation Program seeks a Marketing Consultant to help startups develop their marketing plan and positioning/pricing. The scope of work includes the following:
Evaluate and enhance brand identity, establishing key guidelines to maintain brand consistency across different touchpoints.
Collaborate with startups to create a customized marketing plan, outlining key marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, budget, and timelines.
Define marketing mix elements to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
Support in developing/Improving an online presence strategy, including website, social media marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization to reach the set objectives.
Identify potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with relevant organizations to expand reach and impact.
Scope Details
A total of 15 hours will be delivered, 5 hours through one-on-one clinic per startup structured as required - Ideally 5 clinics per startup (1 hour each) between February and March 2024.
The objective is to empower startups with the knowledge and tools to submit a comprehensive marketing plan by the end of the intervention.

Feedback report after each clinic
Comprehensive marketing plan submitted by each startup by the end of the intervention.

Experience working with early - stage startups.
Possess strong marketing knowledge and skills.
