The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting quotations to conduct the Marketing & Recruitment for VA Community Reinforcement and Family Training (VA- CRAFT) Research.
The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) will require the contractor to support the study-s marketing and recruitment goals. The Period of Performance will be for an eight (8) month period, with no options. The anticipated start date will be on May 1, 2024. The Solicitation will be issued on a restricted basis and will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran- Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code 541810 and must be registered and verified in the SBA VetCert website (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/).
