The consultation covers two lots for Core Partitioning Screws (VCC) including 1 lot for carrying out Non-Destructive Examinations (END) as well as a second lot for Replacement. Each of the batches is made up of the development-design-qualification scopes of the process as well as theare implemented on site.
The core partitioning is made up of vertical boards fixed to horizontal reinforcements by 5/8" diameter screws on the 900/1300 and M16 type screws on the N4. The number of screws per partitioning varies from 960 to 1200 depending on the bearings.
The VCC of the bearing sectionsr CP0 for Nuclear Power Plants in France are affected by radiation-assisted stress corrosion cracking (IASCC).
The END of the VCCs are carried out in Unit Shutdown (AT), Partial Inspection (VP) or Ten-year Inspection (VD), under water, internals removed or not.
Replaces itment of VCC is done in Fortuit and or during AT.
