Batch Term Contract for Testing of Steel Materials and Welds

Only eligible contractors in the relevant Tender Eligibility List(s)/Register(s) will be considered for invitation to tender in accordance with the 'Guide to Registration of Works Contractors and Property Management Services Providers' (the ‘Guide-) and based on their proven capability and performance.

4. Inclusion on the above List(s)/ Register(s) in any particular Category or Group does not give
contractors the right to tender for any contract in that or any other Category or Group. The
number of contractors invited to submit tenders for each individual contract may be limited,
with the list of contractors invited to tender on each occasion being at the sole discretion of the
HA. Selected contractors will then be formally invited separately to tender for each contract.

Conditions of tenders and tender documents can be collected by selected contractors at the
General Registry (Contracts) of Quantity Surveying Section, Development and Construction
Division, on 8/F, Block 2, Housing Authority Headquarters, 33 Fat Kwong Street, Homantin,
Kowloon, Hong Kong as shown in the ‘Letter of Invitation to Tender-.

Details of the award of the contract(s) will be published in the Government of the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region Gazette and the HA website on the Internet,
https://www.housingauthority.gov.hk.
