Description : 1. The Department of Transportation (DOTr), through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2024 - Locally Funded Projects, intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Six Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Ninety-Five Centavos (Php96, 987, 153.95) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Mati Airport Development Projects - Landside Civil Works - Horizontal and Vertical Structures. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DOTr now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within three hundred (300) calendar days inclusive of predetermined unworkable thirty (30) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
