Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the provision of meals for the employees of the public procurement office and employees of its Organizations within the scope of establishment in the form of electronic meal cards (hereinafter referred to as EsK) in accordance with the currently valid provisions of Act no. 311/2001 Coll. Labor Code as amended byother regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Labor Code), including provision of services related to production, delivery and maintenance or management of electronic cards and financial services related to attribution (top-up) of meal allowances to individual ESKs according to the current needs of the public sectorthe bidder and his OvZP, for a period of 48 months from the date of commencement of service provision or until the e-auction of the limit of the maximum value of the order is exhausted, whichever of the legal facts occurs first. The expected date of commencement of service provision is January 1, 2024, in accordance with theand in Art. V. point 1. of the framework agreement.

The EsK provided are not in the nature of a general means of payment and will be intended exclusively for the payment of meals in defined catering establishments, such as restaurants, fast food establishments, in the canteen of the public procurement office or selected onesOvZP canteens, or for payment in establishments and shops for semi-finished products and raw materials used for individual preparation of hot food, such as food chains, grocery stores, i.e. at the contractual partners of the successful applicant/service provider, operating in the territory of the Slovak Republic...
