US Embassy in Moscow, Russia needs to purchase Meals Ready to Eat with Heaters as per the requirements in the attached RFQ 19RS5024Q0040.
Commercial proposals will be accepted only from companies which expressed their interest in writing in response to the presoliciation notice.
