Regina Public School Division (RBE), Regina Catholic School Division (RCS), Ministry of Education (MoE), and the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) are proceeding with development of the new Harbour Landing West Joint-use School and City Space. RBE, RCS, MoE, and the GOS, are soliciting written responses through this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) from qualified Mechanical Subcontractors to provide mechanical services for the Project. The intention is for this Pre-Qualification to identify subcontractors that are capable of performing the work. The short list will consist of all proponents that meet the Prequalification requirements.
