Tender Details

The project concerns the construction of a three -storey office building/laboratories with the recipient of The Cyprus Institute. The project is manufactured for the needs of the Emme-Care program in Athalassa. The site of the building is located within the former ATI in Athalassa-Aglantzia (Konstantinou Cavafy 20, 2121) in a place given to the Institute of Cyprus by the Council of Ministers. (Terrible 24, section7, Φ/F/Fig 21/63w2 -Wet 30 and 50 percent, 2 floors). The building will consist of ground floor, 1st, 2nd and some spaces on the 3rd floor and has an underground parking space. The building consists of 2 separate bearing organisms that are separated by travel. The subcontracting contract concerns the supply, delivery, storage, installation, completion and testing of all the materials and machinery of the mechanical installations, according to the designs, machinery tables, technical specifications, and based on the instructions of the supervising engineer.
