Detailed_Description : Request for Bids (RFB) For the Provision of Consulting Services to Support the Technical Review of Mining Project Proposals under a Vendor of Record Arrangement
Scope of Work : MECP is establishing a Vendor of Record for the provision of consulting services to support the technical review of mining project proposals to supplement technical reviews completed by the ministry.In order to benefit from economic opportunities related to the government-s Critical Minerals Strategy, timely reviews of mining project are required. The technical services being requested include the review of studies or assessments related to the mining projects potential impact to water resources. The Vendor of Record will be established for an initial two-year period and may be extended for a further two years. A Request for Services/Statement of Work will be utilized as a second stage assessment process if the ministry requires technical services.
