Tenders are invited for Media Services.
The purpose of this media campaign is to enhance visibility of MdM-CH interventions and promote awareness on Mental Health and Psycho Social Support (MHPSS) through various media channels in West Bank and East Jerusalem. The campaign encompasses the design and installation of billboards, creation and broadcasting of radio spots, printing of flyers, posters, and brochures, as well as the production and distribution of a podcast series.
Objectives:
Developing and installing visual communication.
Developing and conducting podcast and broadcast materials.
Materializing MHPSS massages.
Scope of Work
Billboard Design and Installation: a. Provide suggestions on effective billboard designs and messaging. b. Engage a professional graphic design team for creative development. c. Identify suitable locations for billboard installation. d. Collaborate with local authorities for necessary permits. e. Oversee the installation process to ensure timely and accurate placement.
Radio Spots: a. Draft scripts for radio spots with clear and concise messaging. b. Collaborate with local and national radio stations for airtime and scheduling. c. Monitor broadcast schedules and audience reach. d. Analyse listener feedback and adjust strategies as needed.
Printing Materials: a. Develop a cohesive design theme for flyers, posters, and brochures. b. Select reputable printing services for mass production. c. Implement a distribution plan to reach the target audience effectively.
Pod-cast Production: a. Conceptualize and outline pod-cast episodes. b. Engage a professional pod-cast production team. c. Coordinate with relevant platforms for pod-cast distribution. d. Monitor analytic and listener feedback for continuous improvement.
Time-line
Specify the start and end dates for each phase of the campaign, including design, production, and distribution for billboards, radio spots, printing materials, and podcast episodes.
Assignment Duration :
One year starting of the date of contract signature.
