The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development -REFORM would like to ask your offer to purchase medical equipment.

REFORM aims to promote the role of young women and young men from marginalized communities, including refugee camps, in responding to and raising awareness of their communities- needs in light of Covid-19. Through further developing the capacities of young graduates in providing psychosocial support to their communities, the association will enhance access of marginalized women and girls to psychological, social and health care services.

These purchases come within the framework of the Association-s efforts to contribute to alleviating the burdens imposed on Palestinian citizens in combating the Coronavirus. These purchases aim to improve the ability of the different components to access different services, in light of the complexity of the public Palestinian capabilities to respond to their needs.
This comes as part of an expanded intervention in order to respond to the needs of the groups most affected by the pandemic and to enhance the resilience of refugees inside the camps to combat the impact of the Coronavirus.

Needed Specifications Vital signs monitor device:
• Lightweight and portable with a variety of mounting options.
• Suitable for adult, pediatric and neonatal patient.

Submission Criteria:
Kindly submit your signed or stamped offers in English in sealed envelopes no later than Thursday, 22 of April 2021, before 16:00 pm. To the following address: The Palestinian Association for Empowerment and Local Development -REFORM, Tirawi building, 2nd floor in Al Masyoun, Ramallah. Please see the below mentioned requirements for applying:

Price offer should take into consideration the following:
• Offers should be drafted in English, and submitted in ILS. All taxes must be included in the final price.

• Deduction on source certificate must be valid and submitted along with price offer other wise 10% will be deducted from the total amount.
Notes:
• Prices must include the following: Delivery fees to the locations (Fawwar, Al-aroub, Ayda, Balata), the installation fees if needed, and the vat should be included.
• Provide “performance bond paper”كفالة حسن تنفيذ بنكية certified by bank with 10% of total price.
• The applicant must be an approved company in the supply of medical equipment and devices.
• Advertising fees will be covered by the winning vendor.
• Quantity of requested items can change more or less 5 items.
• Submission for registered companies only.
• Priority in contracting for companies that provide all requested items and quantities.
• Applicants must clarify the warranty period for all required devices.
• Applicants must specify the delivery period.
• Provide the necessary logistical training for the crew who will use this equipment (emergency committees in the designated camps).
• Delivery papers must be signed and sealed by the emergency committees and the supplier companies.
• We will be evaluating each applicant based on the following table:
