③ have Grade A or B or C or D in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region
④ must have a license or notification for high pressure gas sales business as stipulated by the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
