This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.(ii) The solicitation number 36C26223Q1710 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The provisions and clauses in this document are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular.(iv) This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED using NAICS Code 339112 having a size standard of 1000 employees.Salient Characteristics/Specification IFU must be for the incision, excision and vaporization of soft tissues. It must produce a 532nm and a 1064nm wavelength. Must have variable options of: 1: pulse rate/energy 1 5 Hz/up to 822mJ; 2: Fluence 2 14 j/cm2. Must have treatment size options of at least 2.5, 3.5 and 5mm s. Unit must assist with coagulation of soft tissues including matrixectomy, warts (including periungual, subungual, and plantar warts); Radical nail excision; Neuromas.Must have an indicated use for patients with onychomycosis (e.g., dermatophytes Trichopizyton rubruni and tinentagrophytes, and/or yeasts candida albicans, etc.). It must have functions to treat lesions of the skin and subcutaneous tissue, spider veins, debridement of decubitus ulcer, keloids and treatment of pigmented lesions.
