Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : a. All the tenderer must follow the PPA-2006, PPR-2008 rules & regulation; b. Following documents have to be submitted/uploaded;1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05(Five) years; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 65.00 Lakh; (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-gp system.)3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 75.00 Lakh;4. Up-to-date Valid Trade License as Supplier;5. Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;6. Up-to-date e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;7. Up-to-date Drug License of the Manufacturer;8. Up-to-date Annexure for each item;9. Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer (if bidder is a supplier);10. Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);11. Sample of all item of medicine (one strip/phyle/Bottle) must be submitted to the Prisons Directorate as per specification on or before tender opening date and time;12. Supply will be in two phases in 06 (six) months interval according to distribution schedule;
