Tenders are invited for Medicines for Police Hospital (Drugs Names Starting from Q-s).

Interested eligible bidders are advised to purchase Standard Bidding Documents from "Director Supplies" by payment of non-refundable amount mentioned with publication for the items from 09.00 am to 3.00 pin on weekdays except public holidays.
Completed bid documents accompanied with the Bid Security shall be put into the Tender Box at the Office of the Supplies Division, 2nd Floor, Police Headquarters, Colombo 01, at or before 2.00 p.m. on above mentioned dates. Delayed bids will not be accepted. Bidders or their representatives will be allowed to be present at the Bid Opening event.
Samples should be handed over to the Chief Clerk of the Supplies Division, Police Headquarters, Colombo - 01 at or before 1.00 p.m. as per the date of bid opening. Delayed samples will not be accepted.
The model name should not be mentioned in the sample.
Government Public Contracts Act No. 03 of 1987 the Tender Agent or Sub-Agent or Agent or Nominee or on behalf of the Tenderer or by the Nominee shall register every contractor according to the list marked "Yes". Website online at eroc.dre.gov.lk.
