This contract aims to procure a (meta)data governance tool, including a catalog, which will focus on facilitating the secondary use of health (care) data. Technical expertise, support and maintenance and training services are also provided byPart of the contract object This contract is not divided into lots due to the fact that such division would make execution of the contract technically impossible. Indeed, the object of the contract concerns the acquisition of a single solution. It cannot therefore be the subject of an allotment. THEassociated services can, for technical reasons, only be entrusted to the same supplier of the tool. It is in fact necessary to have knowledge of the tool offered to provide services such as technical expertise, training, maintenance and support Smals reserveshas the right not to award the contract. This is certainly the case: - when the offers do not meet the award criteria; - when the offers do not meet market conditions; - or that they significantly exceed the allocated budget.
