Tenders are invited for Metro Ethernet Internet Service for Jerusalem Office

METRO ETHERNET Internet Service for Jerusalem Office 1:1 dedicated, full symmetric, uncompressed, and unshared of CIR Internet connection, with the speed of 100 Mbps

Interested companies should send their technical and financial offer to the following email: ahtata@mercycorps.org no later than the 18th of August 2024 before 12:00 PM.

• The Service provider will provide Quality of Service (QoS) on the mentioned internet connection.
• The Service provider will provide MC Office with 4 public registered IPs with no restriction
on RTP services (i.e., Video Conference and VoIP or any other HTTP or TCP/IP protocols).
• The service provider must provide a network monitoring and reporting system for monitoring
links and bandwidth speeds. The service provider will provide these reports in an hourly, daily,
weekly, monthly and yearly chart formats, and the report must show bandwidth usage,
throughput and speeds as well as any outages for the mentioned periods.
• The Service Provider-s Network Operations Centre and technical support staff must provide
support for issues related to internet connections problem and running internet applications,
be able to support and manage firewall and IPS system, and provide a network monitoring
and reporting system for monitoring links and bandwidth speeds, 24 hours a day/365 days per year.
• The service provider must notify Mercy Corps of any scheduled disconnect. Scheduled
disconnect should not exceed 2 hours a month, 12 hours a quarter, or 24 hours per the year.
For unscheduled disconnect or outages, the service provider must contact Mercy Corps IT
Administrator and provide the diagnosis of the connectivity issue, the plan and time needed
to correct the issue, and do so within 1 hour from the initial network disconnect.

After contracting, the offered service will be subject for two-months testing period, during which Mercy Corps IT Administrator will monitor end-to-end line performance deeply, evaluate the stability, ISP support quick response and send needed report to MC management.
