Description : RJO - AG4 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION OF FITTINGS & ACCESSORIES FOR AG4&5 COMMFORT ROOMS
Scope of Works:
1. Removal of existing damaged accessories, fittings, faucet etc. For Agus 4&5 HPPC.
2. Installation of new fittings and flexible hoses and P-traps and accessories at new office building comfort rooms at Agus 4&5 HPPC.
3. Removal and replacement of damaged fittings and accessories at power house comfort rooms at agus 5 HPP
4. Replacement of damaged fittings and accessories of service building and annex building comfort room for Agus 4 HPP.
Terms and Conditions:
1. All works must be completed within Thirty (30) Calendar Days
2. Strict supervision and use of safety equipments shall be mandatory observed.
3. Winning bidder, End user and plant safety officer must conduct tool box meeting for proper implementation of plant safety and house rules prior to start of the said activities.
4. Payment shall be made only upon Acceptance of the End-user and the Plant QA Engineer.
