Description : JOB ORDER

To Supply manpower, equipment & tools for the underwater Cleaning/Inspection and removal of Logs & other debris stacked at the trash rack screen of Power Intake Trashrack of Agus 4 HE Plant.

A. SCOPE OF WORKS/SUPPLY

1. Scrap underwater various debris & trash that stacked at the trashrack screen.

2. Scoop up & gather said debris & trashes & remove them from the water using "bukag"or any containment bag & hoist them up by means of Power Intake gantry crane rake and Jib crane or boomtruck

3. Tie down all sinker logs & debris that stockpiled at the bottom and hoist them up using Power Intake Jib or boomtruck.

4. Gather all floating debris & remove them also from the water surface using the above containment materials.

5. Alignment of entire trash rack rake mechanism.

6. Inspection of two (2) bulkhead gates at the approach channel structure before the dewatering of channel Intake and putting of stuffa both side and bottom of the gates to seal the water leakages.
