If the Bidder alters the BQ, reasons shall be given on each alteration. CAM has the sole discretion to judge whether the reasons for alterations are justified and in compliance with the project requirements. If the reasons are not provided or are considered not justified or not in compliance with the project requirements, the Bidder-s proposal may be rejected.
