This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial goods and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 12405B24Q0207 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The USDA, ARS, in Houma, LA has a new requirement for a MicroScan F600 Imaging System, or comparable, with the following:
MicroScan 600 USB Barcode Reader, Handheld HortControl MicroScan 5 Year Liscense On-Site Training (1 day) MicroScan Remote Support Package MicroScan Preventive Maintenance (1 day) MicroScan Warranty Extension (1 year extra)DELIVERY DUE DATE: The Government requires delivery on or before 30 ARO, however, each offeror shall include their proposed delivery schedule as part of their quotation.
