Welcome to submit a tender to the municipality of Karlshamn.
The procurement includes the municipality of Karlshamn's need for a CSP for Microsoft licenses and will result in a framework agreement for ongoing calls for licenses as well as advice and expertise in the area during the contract period.
The intention of the framework agreement is that Karlshamn's kommun must simplify and improve its license management when acquiring new and supplemental purchases of licenses, service and support as well as ensuring regulatory compliance in the event of changes in its IT environment.
The license partner is expected to deliver Microsoft licenses and associated services.
Requested services kan consists of installation, implementation, configuration, upgrading, training and customization of products and services.
Last year's volume was approx. SEK 5, 500, 000 and can be seen as an indication of future volume but cannot be guaranteed.
The scope may change during the contract period. smilethe guarantor undertakes to deliver the Municipality's real needs. The customer does not guarantee a specific volume as the actual volume can both exceed and fall below the specified volumes. The tenderer must deliver the quantities of services called for. Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) supplieroer.
