Tender Details

This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is issued by The Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County) and the Township of Selwyn (the “Township”) for the provision of Microsurfacing on various roads within the County of Peterborough.

The Successful Bidder for this RFT will enter into separate agreements for Microsurfacing Services with each the County and participating Township. Where this RFT refers to the County specifically it is to be understood that the same terms, conditions, and requirements apply to the Township of Selwyn as a participating agency. Each participating Township will be responsible to ensure appropriate approvals are secured and will be responsible to issue a Purchase Order to the Successful Bidder(s) for the specific location. Invoices must be sent to the Township or County identified.

All work must be completed no later than Friday, September 20, 2024.
