Reconstruction of approximately 250 m of Mill Street from Westmoreland Street to Dinsley Street in Blyth for the Township of North Huron. The work includes installation of a new 1350 mm diameter trunk storm sewer and replacement of the existing 150 mm watermain as well as new concrete curb and sidewalk and restoration. Also included in the work is a new asphalt parking lot on the Municipality property at Mill and Dinsley Street.
