SOLICITATION: U.S. Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA)

This solicitation and a resulting contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 19.5.

This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supplies specified.

The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized throughout the term of the agreement.

There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) included within this solicitation. The TDP is distribution code “D”, which limits access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. All interested contractors must have valid and accurate accounts within SAM and JCP to request and receive access to this information.
