Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Water, Land and Resource Stewardship is contemplating extending a current contract to Pacific Geotech Systems Ltd. (the “Supplier”).
The high-level details of the contemplated contract are generally described below.
The current Mineral Titles Online (MTO) application needs to be used and supported until a new solution is in place. We need to ensure the current vendor of the existing Custom Off the Shelf (COTS) solution is under contract in case bug fixes, emergency break/fix and data fixes can be addressed for the existing application. There are also changes to the existing MTO that will need to be undertaken to facilitate a solution to follow the Mineral Claims Consultation Framework (MCCF) which is being used to ensure compliance with the court ruling to consult with First Nations.
