Detailed_Description : The successful Bidder from the RFB will enable the delivery of the automated reports and email contents between the Ministry accounts and the pharmacy accounts within a secured tenant environment, followed by providing complete email communication services including technical support for a defined term to be determined by MOH. Such details are subject to change. The Vendor must:1.Provide approximately fifty-two hundred (5, 200) Exchange Online Plan 1 user email accounts licenses & approximately twenty to thirty (20 to 30) unlicensed admin accounts;2.Provide ongoing technical support after migration; and3.Provide optional professional services on an ad-hoc basis.
Scope of Work : The Ministry of Health (“MOH”) wishes to notify the vendor community of a possible upcoming Request for Bids (“RFB”) for the delivery of comprehensive Office 365 Email tenant management services and to manage an end-to-end Microsoft Office 365 (“O365”) email communication services platform upon the successful completion of the migration. The migration work is expected to start as early as April 2024.
