All specialized and interested companies that are registered with the Tender Board can participate and collect the specifications and conditions of the tender from the following website: www.etendering.tendertooard.gov.om The bidders must submit their offers electronically via the website and attach en electronic copy of the temporary Insurance In the form of a bank guarantee or a cheque certified by one of the banks operating in the Sultanate with e value of (1%) of the value of the tender submitted and valid for (90) days from the last date of submission of bids. It has to be addressed to HE Chairman of the Tender Committee of the Ministry of Economy.
Tenders that does not meet the above conditions shall not be considered. The ministry shall have the right to reject any tender, and shall not be obliged to award the tender for the lowest bid without giving reasons.
