The NAICS code for this action is 334516. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. Offerors must also be registered in Systems for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov per FAR 52.212.1 lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. The Genomics & Bioinformatics Department of the Biological Defense Research Directorate (BDRD), Naval Medical Research Command maintains a state-of-the-art genomics and bioinformatics research program.
