Brief description of the MMAT building

On a property at Andrassy ut 101 (topography number 29634), with a floor area of 2361 m2 located, a total of ntwo villa buildings with a floor area of 4, 624 m2 were completely renovated and handed over in 2018. Building "A" 101 Andrassy ut was created as a result of the renovation. The building is a monument. Due to its appearance as well as its architectural quality, it naturally includes the ensemble representativev

spaces that fulfill its functions.

"B" building Bajza utca 31.

The building is not a monument, but it is in a world heritage protected area, so its facade was preserved, reconstructed and renovated based on restoration excavations. Office functions were established in this building as part of the headquarters building.

The glass hall connecting building "A" and "B". Purpose: main entrance hall with gallery.
