THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY IN ANTICIPATION OF A POTENTIAL FUTURE PROCUREMENT PROGRAM. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. THE GOVERNMENT IS NOT SEEKING OR ACCEPTING UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS.
This Sources Sought/Request for Information notice (as authorized by FAR 15.201) is issued by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), in support of Program Executive Office Undersea Warfare Systems (PEO UWS), to identify sources interested and capable in fulfilling the production, upgrade, and back fit requirements for the Multifunction Modular Mast (MMM) Payload System. The MMM Payload System is a subsystem of the MMM and AN/BLQ-l0 Electronic Warfare (EW) System and it supports the global superiority of the U.S. Navy by providing communication enabling capability for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) command and control for U.S. Navy fleet submarines, Line-of-Sight (LOS) communications, and Electronic Warfare (EW) capabilities. The procurement contemplated by this Sources Sought notice is for program management, systems engineering, manufacture, fabrication, assembly, test, evaluation, installation, logistics and supportability engineering, software, hardware and spares procurement, hardware repair, software troubleshooting, cybersecurity, and program and technical data management for U.S. Navy submarines.
The MMM Payload System shall achieve the requirements of MMM Payload System Performance Specification. See below the requirements for requesting access to the performance specification.
Interested parties are requested to respond with a White Paper that addresses their proposed plan, and concepts to delineate a viable approach to meeting the requirements of the performance specification. The White Paper must address, at a minimum the following:
