1. The subject of the order is the supply of a mobile field
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Part II of the SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. Each time, in all cases in which the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments, specifictechnical references and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned. The above means that the contractor can apply the solutionsdescribed by the Ordering Party "or equivalent".
4. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 5 of the Act, the Contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, provided that youthe contractor will prove in the offer, in particular by means of evidence referred to in Art. 104-107 of the Act, that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order to an equivalent extent.
5. The Ordering Party envisages the application of the option right within the meaning ofand u in art. 441 of the Act, in accordance with the provisions of Part II of the SWZ OPZ and IV of the Agreement.
