The subject of the contract will be the provision of comprehensive, secure and economically advantageous services of a mobile operator through a voice virtual private network (HVPS), i.e. by creating a virtual private network for voice SIM cards of the public contracting authority and in selected organizations in establishingscope of the public contracting authority. This is a special service that enables the provision of a homogeneous technical and technological environment and a preferential price level for calls under special agreed conditions. The HVPS service creates a closed group of terminal telecommunications zariapplications using the applicant's electronic communication services provided through the applicant's public telecommunications networks and through the applicant's SIM cards registered with the public contracting authority.
