Appendix G SOW Attachment 1 - Real-Time Revenue Feed (REVISED) **On July 23, 2024, Pre-Proposal Conference Materials were posted. The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is requesting proposal from qualified Contractors to provide Mobile Parking Payment System and Related Services. This is a multi-vendor Solicitation. The selected Contractors will provide mobile application software, administer software support, and facilitate submitting payment to City-s merchant processor for users who wish to pay for metered parking through their mobile phone (or other comparable devices, e.g., tablet). All costs and profits related to the Mobile Parking Payment System and Related Services are to be paid by the Contractor with the Contractor-s cost recovery and profit obtained solely through the Transaction Fees. See RFP Section II.B for a detailed description of the Transaction Fee structure. The SFMTA may award contracts to up to two Proposers that obtain the two highest-ranking scores. Proposals must meet the Minimum Qualifications (see RFP Section III) and score a minimum of 550 points to be eligible for award (See RFP Section V, Evaluation and Selection Criteria). Any Proposal that does not meet the Minimum Qualifications requirements will be deemed non-responsive.
