ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES

Brief description:
Unit used for melting and mixing duplicating gel in dental laboratory
complete with all standard accessories.
1. Minimum requirements:
1.1 Electronic temperature control up to 95⁰C or better
1.2 Easy to use electronic control unit with melting and hold
temperature
1.3 The lid shall be opened automatically and safety feature to stop
the paddle
1.4 Stainless steel tank and motor driven stain steel paddle
1.5 Shall have minimum capacity 6L
1.6 Speed 40 rpm or better
1.7 Unit shall be suitable to operate on 240V ± 6%, 13 Amp, 50 Hz
AC single phase power supply.
2. Accessories and Consumables:
2.1 All standard accessories and consumables necessary for the smooth operation of
system shall be provided.
2.2 The offer shall clearly indicate the quantity, unit prices and size of accessories and
consumables included.
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE
The Contractor shall verify that the manufacturer of the Equipment complies with
internationally recognized quality control systems; such as; FDA, (ISO9001), CE in
accordance with the European Active Medical Device and the Directives issued by
British Standards Institute (BSI) or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) or ULUnderwriters Laboratory, USA.
