Tenders are invited for Digital gap assessment of the Anticorruption Prosecution Office.
The World Bank (WB); under the Moldova: Support to anticorruption; integrity and asset recovery technical assistance project; financed by the UK Government; at the request and in collaboration with the Anticorruption Prosecution Office (APO); plans to conduct a gap assessment of the current state of APO-s digitalization and APO-s internal capacities to manage the development and maintenance of digital solutions. The assessment will be performed against APO-s mandate; functions and responsibilities; and will be aligned with the best international practices and/or standards used by similar organizations in the region and globally. The results of this assessment will include APO-s digital enterprise architecture; digital development strategy and implementation roadmap. For this purpose; the WB is going to contract though a competitive selection a consulting company (Consultant) knowledgeable in prosecution automation best practices and experienced in implementation of digital solutions for legal enforcement bodies. Proposed period of implementation: October 2023 - January 2024.
