HUS requests your offer regarding the Moodle learning environment. HUS has at its disposal the Moodle learning environment produced as open source code, to which various suppliers have made HUS's desired customizations, configurations and integrations with other systems (e.g. user management). For this implementationadd-ons made as open source code have also been added. At HUS, the total number of users of the Moodle learning environment is currently around 71, 300 users. There are about 18, 000 user IDs presented and 53, 300 active user IDs. About 13, 000 users log into the learning environmentin half a year. HUS Moodle currently has around 250 active courses and there are around 200 test courses for educational purposes. In 2022, around 24, 000 assignments have been made in HUS Moodle. HUS was updated to version 3.9 of Moodle in May 2022. There are service requests during the yearmade less than 50, some of which were small system fixes related to the version update. At HUS, the Moodle learning environment is installed in the server environment of the current supplier, which has separate DEV, QA and production environments. We receive the following services from the supplier: - learning environmentoperating in the supplier's cloud environment including integrations, communication connections and other technical measures and the server capacity they require (hosting services) - supporting users, ensuring the operation of integrations, version updates and maintenance activities (continuous services...
