MOVING BED BIOFILM REACTOR (MBBR) WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AT TPH COMPOUND, BRGY. SAN VICENTE, TARLAC CITY

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Two Hundred Fourteen Pesos and 06/100 Only (Php 4, 999, 214.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) Waste Water Treatment Plant at TPH Compound, Brgy. San Vicente, Tarlac City / B-CW-2024-019. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within forty-five (45) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
