The assignment relates to the moving of household goods for Boligselskabet Sct. J0rgens add. 8 Ellekonebakken.
The moves are taking place as part of rehousing the ward's residents, in connection with the implementation of a comprehensive plan for the ward.
The assignment includes approx. 434 homes. The tendered task concerns the apartments, where, due to the renovation, the residents have to vacate the apartments to rehousing apartments, and where the residents have to move from rehousing apartments to the fully renovated apartments. It is not known exactly how many apartments will be vacated or how many apartments will be returnedttes. It is expected that approx. 80% of the extensive housing must be moved, but the final extent of the move depends on the client's order during the contract period.
