The Uplans section between the Brüttisellen and Uter-Ost interchange was put into service in mid-1975 and then in 1988. Since then, it has not been the subject of any global maintenance project. The new project encompasses the restoration of the layout, art structures, retaining structures, EES and the water evacuation system as well as the construction of a SETEC. In addition, a noise reduction project must be developed. This call for tenders includes the services to be provided as the author of the Construction and Author of the EES project for all trades (construction and EES) as well as the global project (interview and development) for the concept phase Maintenance (EK).
