Tenders are invited for Request For International Rescue Committee (IRC) Request For (MPA) for the Provision of Solar Panel with Accessories with Delivery to Kabul and all field offices It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (Afghanistan) to supply (Solar Panel with accessories ) to or at the following locations (in Kabul, Nangarhar, Laghman, Helmand, Logar, Khost, Paktia, Herat, Badghis, Bamyan and Kunduz provinces) All qualified and interested Suppliers are invited to submit their sealed proposals as indicated in ANNEx-A to submit their sealed proposal as per the outlined set forth criteria.
