Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Missouri Basin Region, intends to issue a Commercial Service Request for Quote (RFQ) for campground maintenance services at Fresno Reservoir. Fresno Reservoir is located on the Milk River 14 miles west of Havre, Montana.The Bureau of Reclamation requires continual maintenance of many structures at Fresno Reservoir Recreation Area (Fresno) in order to provide clean and safe recreational areas for visitors. The structures include restroom facilities, parking area, fire rings, grills, picnic tables, and shade shelters and group use shelters. Additionally, litter removal and mowing are required. It is anticipated the simplified acquisition set aside will be a Total Small Business using FAR Part 13 procedures.It is intended the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted on or about March 11, 2024 via the SAM.gov website, for an anticipated base plus four (4) option periods.It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the SAM.gov web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments.The product service code is S208 and the NAICS code is 561730.HARD COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
