The City of Bayswater uses a standard condition rating methodology for managing its assets and has identified that the existing multipurpose courts at Gibbney Reserve are due for resurfacing due Court surface cracking has increased in recent years presenting a potential risk to court users. The City is seeking the services of a suitably qualified and experienced civil contractor to undertake the design and construction for the resurfacing of the 1800sqm multipurpose courts at Gibbney Reserve, Maylands.A key requirement will be minimising the operational impact on the facilities users. A pre-start meeting will be scheduled with the successful Contractor, and that will include the safety induction and discussion of the timing schedules.
