Municipality of Vijfheerenlanden spends its WOZ/BAG/Taxation application, because we see that technological developments in our society are changing rapidly and the current contract ends. Innovative services such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and graphic and geo -oriented works are part of these developments. As a municipality, we want to connect with this new reality because these technologies support our employees to work efficiently and to deliver a good quality product to the residents and companies of our municipality. A number of things are important for us, namely the more (perfect) use of data, far -reaching digitization, uniformation of data, reducing subjectivity of appraisals and appraisal process, openness of valuing to stakeholders and services.
