(Satellite Datalink Services, )

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for a datalink services purchase to align with previously purchased datalink services. The sole source justification will be attached when posted to SAM.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement, installation, and performance requirements for Communication Services and updates for three C-37B Aircraft BUNO"s 166376, 166377, 166378, one C-37A Aircraft BUNO 166375.

The Contract Specialist utilized Honeywell Aerospace, Inc. to solicit the requirement. The requirement will be solicited on 10 July 2024. The items that will be procured the requested service is for Satellite Datalink Services, which consists of the following: Communication Services and updates for the following Commander, Navy Air Force Reserve Fleet Logistics Support Squadron One Aircraft: One (1) C-37A BUNO 166375 and three (3) C-37B Aircraft BUNOs 166376, 166377 and 166378. The Satellite Datalink Service includes the following: Premium worldwide VHF Datalink communications, Flight Plans, FAXs, Texting, Graphical Weather and Air Traffic Services, EPIC Weather Graphics, Worldwide Satellite Datalink Communications and connection to the ground to enable safety services.
