A brief description of the procurement: The object of the architectural competition is a standard project with ten groups, which the city can use to build at least two or three new kindergartens in Narva in the coming years. The main output of the design, completed as a result of the competition, is the design and construction of one kindergarten after the competition results, the construction of another kindergarten under the same project in the following years and later, as needed and opportunities, the construction of at least one kindergarten in Narva. For the purpose of the competition is to get the best spatial quality kindergarten as possible.
