Description
NASA/John F. Kennedy Space Center (KSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources to support the NASA Office of the Chief Health and Medical Officer (OCHMO) requirements for occupational health program administration and management support services.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) KSC is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI), and members of the underserved communities as defined by Executive Order 13985, Advancing Racial Equity And Support For Underserved Communities Through The Federal Government, for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for NASA Occupational Health Contract III (NOHC III). The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received.
BACKGROUND
NASA OCHMO reviews and evaluates NASA conformance with policy and regulatory requirements in the implementation of occupational medicine, environmental health (including industrial hygiene, health physics and food safety), physical fitness and health promotion/wellness, employee assistance programs, and Federal worker-s compensation.
SCOPE
The NASA OCHMO requires contractor support services to augment the administration and management of the NASA Occupational Health (OH) program. The contractor shall provide all necessary management, personnel, materials, equipment/supplies, travel, and training (not otherwise provided by the Government) necessary to perform the following, but not limited to, the following services at all local and remote locations (reference “Place of Performance” for locations):
