Country: Papua New Guinea Description of the Assignment: National Consultancy for an Evaluation Expert Consultant UNDP is seeking a national consultant (evaluation expert) to work under the supervision of an international consultant (Evaluation Expert & Team Leader) to assess the achievements of the above-mentioned three projects against the expected results outlined in the projects- results framework, examining the overall performance and relevance of the projects and whether they were implemented as intended and identified results and indicators achieved. The national consultant will work with the international consultant to examine which factors proved critical in helping or hindering change and if the original assumptions remained relevant during implementation. The findings and conclusions of the evaluation shall be shared with the PNG National Government, Hela and Southern Highlands Provincial Administrations, Donors, UN organizations and Development and Peace Actors in the Highlands.
