As a public stock corporation, the Swiss Federal Railways SBB constantly examine their products and services for quality, agreement and price performance. The aim is to increase efficiency and productivity in public transport. For maintenance, rolling material, infrastructure, administrative processes and certain tasks, e.g. found service, SBB requires national express transport service providers to handle over 6, 600 programs annually. SBB is looking for a partner for cross -divisions express transport (cargo, infrastructure, real estate, passenger traffic) with SBB Cargo AG as a tender. The aim is to bundle transport requirements with uniform processes. The partner must master modern techniques, be open, proactively recognize problems and develop fast, safe and targeted solutions with SBB. The contract is two years for three years with two additional extensions.
